BTCU has a structured refund policy for tuition and fees. Refund eligibility is determined based on the timing of withdrawal from a course or program.

5.1 Tuition Refunds

• Full Refund: A full refund is available if the student withdraws before the start of the academic term.

• Partial Refund: A partial refund (50%) is available if the student withdraws within the first two weeks of the academic term.

• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the second week of the academic term.

5.2 Non-Refundable Fees

• Application fees, registration fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable.

• Digital materials, textbooks, and other resources provided by BTCU are non-refundable.

5.3 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.

• BTCU reserves the right to deny a refund request if there is evidence of policy violation or misconduct.
